Breast enlargement promotes the patients’ mental and physical condition. The implants to be chosen individually in every occasion.
There is not any better alternative for breast enlargement surgery than silicon breast implants. Medical tests had definitely excluded any possible connection between these breast implants and cancer or other (autoimmunity, rheumatologic) diseases!
Silicon prosthesis doesn’t have any harmful effect on pregnancy, fetus, suckling process or newborn baby. It does not change mothers’ nursing capability!
Lifetime of implants is not limited, it can be 50 year or even more. Silicon implants should not be removed unless they cause any problem.
It is not true that ¾ of implants tear within 10 years!

It’s a plastic correction of loose breast after weight loss, during which breast tissue is lifted from both sides thus reconstructing its previous shape, after the skin is brought down tightly to reshape and fix its form. We work with vertical mastopexy short incision technique, leaving only scars around the areola and in the crease under the breast! In case of appropriate indication breast lifting with incision only around the areola is completed with enlargement thus leaving even less scars.
As a result of teenage period, after delivery or weight gain substantial glandular enlargement causes back pain, spinal complaints, bra’s wearing (and purchasing) difficulties. For breast lift excess fat is removed by special techniques. Thorough preparation, planning, tissue protecting fine surgical technique and professional nursing after operation can decrease post operational wound healing disorder.
After every breast operation we provide all necessary recovery conditions – drain insertion, fixing bandage, multilayered scars, special bra, tolerance, chilling, vitamins, scar protection, etc.
It’s one of the most frequent operations of patients after massive weight loss or women after pregnancies and deliveries. It’s the most effective solution for the lax muscles, excess sagging tissues due to gaining weight or pregnancy and loose, striated skin. Under general anesthesia through an incision in the crease of lower abdomen we remove the excess of skin and fat, after that we fortify the muscle tissues of abdomen wall in their full length, reconstructing them anatomically, sculpturing the skin of the abdomen in the acquired shape. This operation can be executed with or without the navel’s relocation. After surgery the patient is medically observed and the operated area is drained during 2–3 days. Special post operational compression garment to be used during 6 weeks for the comprehensive biologic recovery.
This surgical intervention is executed under general anesthesia in case of inborn or acquired nasal structural deformities. In every occasion the surgical hemorrhage stanch is completed by local anesthesia as so as for reduction of post-operational pain. Through the hidden incisions done in the nostrils we correct the deviations of softer cartilage, nasal bones, septum and its ending. The new shape is fixed by special outer plaster cast and internal tampon. After the nasal surgery the patients do not complain of pain! Swellings, hemorrhagic stains under the eyes can occur. The tampon is removed on the next day, the plaster cast is removed after one week. The visible face modifications disappear within 10 days, but the full biologic recovery will be after 6 weeks.
Similarly to the above, this cosmetic plastic surgery procedure is executed in case of inborn or acquired deformities of ears with local anesthesia. It can be aimed at setting prominent ears closer to the head permanently, or reshaping. We remove through the incision done in the crease behind the ear the excess of cartilage and reshape concha. The operated area is fixed for one week by external wet compression bandage.
Human connective tissues loose its flexibility due to various internal and external factors as so, as due to aging procedure. Excess skin is well seen, tiring for eyes making difficult vision and reading, evoking often tears. Besides, eyebrow’s outer side also lowers. This area can be corrected by complex intervention under local anesthesia. Through a hidden incision done on the hairy scalp surface on temple level we make an eyebrow lifting, then removing the skin excess of the upper eyelid and simultaneously reconstructing the muscles around the eyes we “refresh” their look. Baggy, wrinkled lower eyelid makes often esthetic complaints. Through the incision done in the line of eyelashes we remove small fat hernias, reconstruct the muscles, strain and reshape the skin. The sutures are removed after 1 week, in 10–14 days after the intervention the result is visible without marks.
Liposuction is a technique used to sculpt the body and remove local fat deposits on special body regions, which deposits are impossible to lose by physical exercises. The regions to be treated under local or general anesthesia depending on their measurement. In every occasion we apply the so-called super-wet technique, i.e. primarily we inject into the given region a special “fat dissolving” fluid which also reduces bleeding and pain. It’s very significant to stress that this operation could be completed only on body areas covered by properly elastic skin, since the intervention makes relative skin excess, therefore comprehensive recovery depends on the skin and its quality. You should not count on tough pain and discomfort, but on obligation to wear elastic garments/trousers during 6 weeks!
Labiaplasty or trimming of labia minora (lips of the vagina) is required when they are overdeveloped after teenage period causing complaints, physical and sensual discomfort.
